Iceland’s glaciers are a paradox. They are massive enough to have shaped the country’s landscape through the ages, but one of the most fragile parts of the country. Iceland is losing hundreds of square kilometers of glaciers per decade. Our team member Julia Pertek set out to capture the glaciers of her adopted country before they disappear and documented her journey in the clips that make up the video story below.
